    LG Subscribe is a monthly subscription plan that lets you enjoy an LG water purifier with installation, filter replacement, servicing, and warranty — without paying a big upfront cost.

  • 2. What is Included in The Monthly Fee?

  • 3. Is There Any Upfront Payment?

    Most plans require minimal or zero upfront payment (subject to TnC).


    So, you can start with low commitment.

  • 4. What is tankless water purification?

    Tankless purifiers filter water on demand — directly from the supply line, through multiple stages, and instantly to your glass. There is no storage tank, which eliminates the risk of bacterial growth, sediment buildup and secondary contamination. Every drop is freshly filtered, every time.

  • 5. How often do I need to change the filters?

    LG PuriCare uses a 4-stage filtration system. Filter life depends on usage and local water quality. As a general guide, pre-filters are replaced every 3–6 months and main filters every 12 months. The WD516AN sends filter-change alerts via the display and ThinQ app.

  • 6. How Fast is Installation?

    After approval, installation is normally arranged within 3-5 working days.
